AED Training

 

What is it?

Our Automated External Defibrillation with CPR courses enables learners to attain the knowledge and competencies needed to deal with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillation (AED) in a safe, prompt, effective manner in emergency situations.

 

Who is it for?

​

Universal defibrillator training devices are commonplace and are designed to take you through the safe use of an AED and train you to troubleshoot common problems.

 

Duration?

​

A 3 hour course with certification lasting for a year.

 

 

What will I learn?

​

The AED + CPR  course covers the following subjects:

• Role of a First Aider

• Priorities of First Aid

• Managing an Incident

• Causes and care of the unconscious casualty

• Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

• Defibrillator usage and practice
